✿I do offer "FREE SHIPPING " on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35.. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".

✿SHIPPING INSURANCE: All items are shipped via USPS first class mail. Shipping "DOES NOT" include insurance coverage. You can upgrade your shipping selection at checkout to include insurance or to upgrade shipping to Priority. If insurance is "NOT" purchased at check out, I am "NOT" nor is Arte Bella Surplus responsible for any lost, missing or damaged packages. I have kept my shipping fees the same for many years. To avoid raising shipping fees, insurance must be purchased by the "buyer" during check out.

✿"I am human" If I have made an error with your order, I will refund the bead amount and any shipping fees back to your payment account. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

✿RECYCLE/REUSE INFO: ●TRYING TO DO MY PART: I do my best to limit shipping material waste while still making sure your items are packaged safely. If you order more than one lot of the same bead, I combine them into one bag. All my padded envelopes and labels are made from recycled materials. I only use recycled paper and ink to print your invoices. I do not wrap/package items with tissue paper or ribbon. I personally feel this is wasteful. I reuse and/or recycle all packaging material that I receive, please do the same, thank you!

✿CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS and RESERVED LISTINGS: All sales are final, no returns or exchanges are accepted on these types of orders.

✿INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: For information on import fees, tariffs, taxes, duty fees, etc. you need to contact your countries mail/customs agency. Some countries charge taxes, tariffs, import fees and duty fees before they will deliver your package. THIS IS NOT IN MY CONTROL and I have no way of knowing if there will be a charge and/or for how much this might be. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO MARK PACKAGES AS GIFTS OR TO LOWER THE PRICE OF YOUR ORDER, THIS IS CONSIDERED FRAUD AND IS AGAINST THE LAW.     I do not send out newsletters.

    I have a state Resale Certificate, how do I get a refund for sales tax paid?

    This must be done through your states tax department.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Do you accept returns?

    Please contact me prior to sending return. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.

    Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?

    Lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages does not occur often, but I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. This can be done during check out from the "SHIPPING" drop down menu.

    Legal imprint
