Hello and welcome to Arte Bella Surplus, Inc.!
I started selling my handmade jewelry and excess beads on Etsy in 2006 to earn some extra income while raising my young family. I then opened my bead shop, Arte Bella Surplus, in August 2008, and what began as a small venture quickly grew into a thriving and beloved shop!
I am dedicated to providing a top-quality selection of beads and jewelry-making supplies, along with exceptional customer service and quick shipping, ensuring a satisfying experience with every purchase. My shop has been a "Star Seller" every month since Etsy implemented the program in June 2022. This monthly status requires sellers to: respond to customer messages within 24 hours, maintain an average star rating of 4.8 or higher, and ship orders within the processing times indicated in the "Ship by Date", always including tracking information.
As the sole proprietor of Arte Bella Surplus, Inc., I handle every aspect of the business with great care. From sourcing and photographing each unique bead to crafting detailed descriptions and assigning meaningful names, every step is guided by my love for what I do. I also take care of printing invoices and shipping labels, personally hand-writing each bead bag label, and carefully pulling and packing your orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tuesdays are dedicated to photography, while Thursdays are reserved for handling all other essential business tasks. I strive to respond to your messages promptly, usually within an hour, even during evenings and weekends. You will often find me engaged in some form of business activity on the weekends as well; some might even call me a workaholic, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
