Please contact Etsy customer service since they now collect sales tax on my behalf.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35 .. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".
Do you accept returns?
Please contact me prior to sending return. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.
Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?
Lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages does not occur often, but I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. This can be done during check out from the "SHIPPING" drop down menu.

As always, everything from this shop is gorgeous. everything seems to magically appear before I know it so I can make all the jewelery I've dreamt of before I forget the design in my mind. (Getting old does that to you) This is my favorite shop for beads. Never have I been disappointed!

Seller was wonderful to work with. These were the beads I forgot to order when I bought the others. She was gracious and combined the two. Super friendly interaction. So nice to talk with friendly people in stressful times. Packaging was excellent and shipping was fast. I am glad I was able to pick up these larger beads. They’re quite nice. Thank you!

Exactly as pictured. I've suddenly become so fond of amber/tortoise shell colored beads. These will be great in a wrap bracelet of earthy tones. Love this shop! Orders are always shipped out immediately.
