    Please contact Etsy customer service since they now collect sales tax on my behalf.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35 .. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".

    Do you accept returns?

    Please contact me prior to sending return. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.

    Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?

    Lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages does not occur often, but I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. This can be done during check out from the "SHIPPING" drop down menu.

    Arte Bella beads are some of the most lovely out there (and so are her photos). This is the third time I'm buying almost all the items in this order. I love the "in between" colors that can appear one way or another depending on the surrounding beads. For example, the lilac mist rondelles can look more lavender or more blue depending on what you pair them with. Same with the lemon custard rondelles -- they can appear yellow, or chartreuse, or almost olive depending on the other beads they're used with. This makes so many of Arte Bella's beads beautiful on their own and so versatile when combined with other beads.
