Please contact Etsy customer service since they now collect sales tax on my behalf.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35 .. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".

Do you accept returns?

Please contact me prior to sending return to get my shipping address. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your payment account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. If your order qualified for "Free Shipping" and the return brings your total under the $35 minimum, original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.

Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?

I purchase insurance on orders over $100. USPS provides insurance on packages under $100.

These green apple rondelles are refreshing and perfect for spring (and summer) beading.

I love the green apple babies! The size and color are perfect. There is a slight variation in the greens that make the beads more interesting. And there is very little Picasso. I like that, too.

Perfect green apple colored beads to go with my red apple colored beads for fall projects!
