Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact Etsy customer service since they now collect sales tax on my behalf.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35 .. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".
Do you accept returns?
Please contact me prior to sending return to get my shipping address. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your payment account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. If your order qualified for "Free Shipping" and the return brings your total under the $35 minimum, original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.
Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?
I purchase insurance on orders over $100. USPS provides insurance on packages under $100.

These particular beads were actually sent by the seller as a thank you gift on a previous order and I found them captivating and perfect for a number of my little projects that I’ve been working on so I purchased them this time around. I always love the fact that this wonderful little shop will take notice of the type of things that you’re ordering and send you a little packet of possible items that you might like for future projects. Obviously this is not something that all shop owners do and obviously it’s not necessary for my repeat business.
