Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35 .. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".
Do you accept returns?
Please contact me prior to sending return. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.
Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?
Lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages does not occur often, but I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. This can be done during check out from the "SHIPPING" drop down menu.

These beads are gorgeous! The seller was great. When I bought the beads there was a notice that the seller was away through the weekend and the beads wouldn’t be shipped out until Tuesday. She shipped my order, that was quite large, first thing Monday morning! Shipping was extremely quick, and the quality of all the beads I received were excellent. Every single one is so beautiful, I honestly cannot wait to order more from her. I highly recommend ordering any of her beads, you would be disappointed! She also slipped in a few strands of free beads, some of which have turned out to be my favorites!
