Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35 .. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".
Do you accept returns?
Please contact me prior to sending return. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.
Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?
Lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages does not occur often, but I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. This can be done during check out from the "SHIPPING" drop down menu.

The delicate woodland fairy acorn beads in almost translucent soft cream with delicate wisps of gold are what dreams are made of! Only inspired jewelry can be made of this! From great photographs, customer service, packaging, and swift delivery I am very pleased and can’t wait to order again!
