Please contact Etsy customer service since they now collect sales tax on my behalf.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35 .. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".

Do you accept returns?

Please contact me prior to sending return to get my shipping address. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your payment account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. If your order qualified for "Free Shipping" and the return brings your total under the $35 minimum, original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.

Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?

I purchase insurance on orders over $100. USPS provides insurance on packages under $100.

I made this order of beads as a gift and what arrived was well worth the purchase. Everything was so high quality and beautiful - it was like opening a package to little treasures. The people who were gifted the beads absolutely loved them. They're really high quality. Karen is also a great communicator and seller and kept me updated on the shipment progress! She's really friendly. Everything was packaged really well and arrived safe and in great condition. I would highly recommend this shop and I really can't wait to be able to to make another purchase!
