Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35 .. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".
Do you accept returns?
Please contact me prior to sending return. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.
Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?
Lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages does not occur often, but I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. This can be done during check out from the "SHIPPING" drop down menu.

Beautiful, as was the entirety of my order! Saving these to make some special springtime earrings. Quick delivery, esp. considering they traveled from CA to KY - ordered on July 29th & had them in hand August 3rd. Karen was very easy to work with on an ordering snafu that was really due to my inattention to detail. Will definitely look to this shop again as the type/look of beads she offers can be a bit difficult to find - happy to have a new source. Also, I know some monitors may play havoc with product images, so others may have a different experience, but the images I saw online were very accurate to the beads I received.
