Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on "DOMESTIC" orders over $35 .. this total does not include any discounts, taxes, etc. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will automatically see this in your "Shopping Cart".
Do you accept returns?
Please contact me prior to sending return. I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.
Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?
Lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages does not occur often, but I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. This can be done during check out from the "SHIPPING" drop down menu.

When I'm just itching to do some online bead shopping I often stop here first. There's something about the photos that really appeals to me! But also, of course, the beads match the photos and arrive in a reasonable period of time so I keep coming back. This was another wonderful transaction, as usual.

I don't know where to begin! These are just gorgeous! Everything I've ever purchased has been. They're exactly as pictured. Please never hesitate to purchase anything, you will get exactly what is pictured and everything exceeds your expectations when you open your package. I'm obsessed with Czech glass and this is the only shop that I will buy from anymore. The selection is large and makes it's so hard to choose from with each purchase. The shipping is extremely fast too. Also, if you have any questions you get a very quick reply. I love, love, love this shop!!!
